Synopsis
Love comes to Tin Pan Alley pianist Ted Mason and society girl Beth Barton, and Ted writes a song inspired by her charms. Goldie Martin steals the song for her dancer husband, Steve, who publishes it as his own and benefits from its success. Beth, however, is ostracized by her peers and dismissed by her music teacher for her connection with a popular song. Ted writes another, loftier, song, which pleases everyone; he exposes Martin and wins Beth.
