Synopsis
Tom Hardy, a pony express rider, escapes from a bandit attack by the Slade gang and rescues Alice Calhoun, the daughter of the telegraph survey chief, from a runaway stage. Tom then rides to Echo with a sealed request from Calhoun for government troops to put down the Slade bunch. With Tom gone, Slade's men attack the telegraph workers and kidnap Alice; Tom returns and rescues Alice, and the Cavalry comes and rounds up the Slade gang.
