Synopsis
"Owners of adjoining ranches are sworn enemies. The villainous one gets a mortgage on the property of the other and holds up an offer from a water company for rights until the date of expiration of the mortgage. Dick attempts to borrow from bank but is refused until his sweetheart arrives with a telegram from the water company making the offer of a huge sum for rights."
