Synopsis

McLaughlin and Perkins, partners in a nut-and-bolt concern, take a vacation after promoting Skinner to junior partner and instructing him to fire Hemingway, Gibbs, and Carlton, the company's eldest employees. Instead, Skinner decides to retain and rejuvenate the three by hiring chorus girl Dorothy Cabot to pep up the office; and he also takes a vacation. Soon they are better groomed, show more initiative, and become addicted to golf--a detriment to their office work. However, on the golf course they accidentally win a big contract with Jackson, a customer of the company, thus gaining the respect of McLaughlin and Perkins, who, on their return, decide to retire from the business.
