Brief Synopsis

A young woman finds herself trapped by a bandit gang. Rather than be raped by the gang, she commits suicide. When her brother finds out what happened, he turns to a life of banditry, hoping to find the gang responsible for his sister's death.

Synopsis

Ruth Delaney is murdered by an unknown assailant, and her brother, Brian, becomes a bandit in order to track down the killer. He befriends Don Esteban and his daughter, Teresa, thereby incurring the enmity of Howard Steele, a gambler. Brian and Teresa are to be wed, but Steele kidnaps the girl and rides into the hills. Brian follows. The men fight, and Brian forces the gambler to exchange clothes with him. The posse pursuing Brian kills Steele, mistaking him for Brian. Brian and Teresa are married, and evidence comes to light that proves Steele to have been the killer of Brian's sister.
