Synopsis

Laline Kingston, whose mother would like her to marry a wealthy Englishman, meets Dion Leslie, a young sculptor. They visit the grave of Laline's brother, and with a priest acting as their guide, they become trapped in some deserted underground barracks. The priest marries them before he dies in a collapse of the cave, but after a few days they become separated. When Laline extricates herself, her mother takes her to the fiancé's castle. Dion follows and is revealed to be the Englishman's son from a previous marriage. Dion's father gives the young couple his blessing and is himself reunited with his former wife.
