Synopsis
Tex, a United States Marshal, is sent to investigate the activities of a gang operating at the expense of the prison honor system. Using the honor system instituted by the prison warden, the gang helps unsuspecting prisoners escape and then enlists them in bank holdups. As the unsuspecting escapee demands the bank's funds, a member of the gang sneaks up from behind and shoots him for the reward money. Discovering that this is the gang's method of operation, Tex swears in the convicts as deputies and brings the criminals to justice.
