Synopsis

Two bandits hold up a party at a roadhouse and force Wally Tilland, a society idler, to drive them west in their getaway car. Billy Martin, who has stolen a horse, meets Wally, knocks him unconscious, and steals his car and clothes. Dressed in Billy's clothes, Wally is mistaken for the thief by Billy's sister, Ruth. He is arrested on the testimony of the two bandits. Ruth finds Billy dying from a wound received during his escape; he confesses to the horse stealing and bank robbery. Ruth arrives with the money during Wally's trial, the bandits are arrested, and Ruth and Wally find happiness together.
