Synopsis

Bill Morris, a member of the U. S. Border Patrol assigned to investigate the smuggling of Chinese across the border, gets work at the Tracy and Ball Ranch, suspected to be the smugglers' headquarters. Unable to operate a motorcycle with sidecar, two ranch hands are helped by Bill, who chases Rose Tracy's frightened horse. Henry Ball, the ranch partner's son and leader of the smugglers, fancies Rose, but Bill fails to obtain evidence against him until he overhears his plans at a party given for Rose. Bill gives chase on the motorcycle but is overwhelmed by the smugglers, who take cover in an abandoned shack. Although bound, Bill manages to operate a tractor to rout the gang and take them prisoner.
