Synopsis
The boy, Danny, and his dog, Rinty, leave home and wander onto a racetrack looking for work. The boy, having considerable riding skill, is assigned to ride the star horse, Black Raider, in the big sweepstakes. The owner of a rival stable, determined to win the race, tries to prevent Black Raider from running. With Rinty's help, however, Danny takes the big prize.
