Synopsis
Baffled by the mysterious disappearance of a mail plane, the United States Secret Service solicits the aid of Bob Manning, an amateur criminologist. Among the reporters covering the story is Doris Reed, who has previously been engaged to Manning. Doris pickets Manning's house, as do Joe Parker and "Slim," two of Bruce Mitchell's gang, which is responsible for the plane's disappearance. Manning goes to her rescue, and both he and she are captured and taken to a deserted warehouse. Doris convinces Mitchell she is in league with the crooks. Manning escapes, however, and in some daring aerial stunts thwarts the bandits with the help of Doris. The couple are happily reunited.
