Synopsis

After discovering platinum in Siberia and traveling across the Himalayas and the Malay Peninsula, Christopher Keene kills his Malay crew when they attack him for hiding the platinum for the Government at Coos Bay, Oregon. Barbara Le Moyne, a vacationer out riding, helps the wounded and delirious Keene, who then sails for San Francisco. Later, unable to remember anything about the incident except the presence of a woman, Keene, now clean-shaven, meets Barbara, but neither recognizes the other. Barbara's fiancé, Henry Longfield, supposedly a Secret Service man, befriends Keene to locate the platinum. Although Longfield denounces Keene as a crook to Barbara when he sees an affection developing between them, Keene tries to convince Barbara of his innocence. After she tells him about Coos Bay, Keene finds the platinum and is attacked by Longfield, but Barbara, with a real Secret Service man, rescues him. Keene then throws Longfield, exposed as a German spy, over a cliff, and wins Barbara's love.
