This film was probably cut down from the 15-episode serial, Wolves of Kultur, produced by Western Photoplays and released by Pathé in 1918. The serial was written and directed by Joseph A. Golden, and it seems likely that Harry O. Hoyt supervised the reshaping of the original film. The Radio Flyer (1924) was also cut down from the same serial.
