Synopsis
Intent on robbing an old man of his wallet, big city crook Chick Harris instead finds himself helping his victim and--impressed by his sincerity--resolving to begin life anew in the country. Chick becomes a respected real estate agent with the encouragement of Colonel Williams and his niece, Alvah Morley, frustrates the schemes of a former pal to cheat the townspeople, uses the pal's funds to build an orphanage, and exposes a corrupt sheriff.
