Synopsis
Ruth Townley, an American heiress, drops a locket received from her friend, Princess Oluf of Kosnia. It is retrieved by Prince Valdemir of Prebilof, who assumes its owner to be Oluf and falls in love with her. They are separated, but sometime later, after Oluf has announced her engagement to Prince Gregory of Masavania, they meet again. Valdemir will not believe she is Ruth Townley, and Ruth believes that Oluf wishes to marry Valdemir in order to ally their kingdoms. Finally, there are explanations, and Oluf unites with Gregory, while Ruth becomes Valdemir's princess.
