Synopsis
Kelter, a killer, and his gang of desperadoes terrorize a wide district, and Jim Catlin, a Texas Ranger, is assigned to bring him in. Jim captures the interest of Kelter by demonstrating his riding and shooting ability and thus is accepted by the gang. He aids Polly Dorman in escaping the attentions of Kelter and informs her father of his identity. When Kelter finds Jim interfering with his plans, he takes him prisoner; but Jim tricks his guard and makes a getaway, returning with the sheriff in time to save Polly and her father from the drunken and brutal Kelter.
