Synopsis
Chester Waddington secretly marries society girl Patricia Flynn. Their marriage is disclosed at a party planned to announce the engagement of Patricia to another suitor. Waddington buys a mansion in the suburbs on the instalment plan, then loses his job for taking an option on some land that his employer does not want. The land becomes valuable, and Waddington realizes his investment.
