Synopsis
Tom O'Brien asks Nancy Brown to marry him, and she refuses. The boundary lines of the Brown ranch are disputed by Driscoll, and Tom brings in a surveyor to settle the matter. The survey proves that a valuable marble quarry supposedly owned by Brown is in fact owned by no one, and Tom rushes to the land office, filing for the land in Nancy's name. Nancy then repents of her former coldness toward Tom and agrees to marry him.
