Synopsis
Determined to maintain her status as a star detective, Nellie Gleason goes after Jim Kinkaid, who has fled to Mexico after robbing real estate magnate George Arnold. Jim is without peer as a criminal, but he turns out to be no match for Nellie, and, after falling in love with her, he agrees to follow her back to the United States. Soon, however, Nellie realizes that she has fallen in love with Jim, and then she discovers that George, Jim's apparent victim, had gotten rich by swindling immigrants, and that Jim robbed him in order to pay back those whom George had cheated. As a result, Nellie helps Jim escape from American authorities, and then returns with him to Mexico.
