Synopsis

Dr. Brandt, a skilled brain surgeon, is in love with Rose Deming, a girl so young that her sexual instincts have not yet developed. On the other hand, Blanche Hildreth, a young widow, is deeply infatuated with the doctor. When Rose is injured in an auto accident, Brandt conceives the idea of transferring the brain cells of the two women, hoping to arouse in Rose the love that he feels for her. After drugging Blanche, Brandt performs the operation, but science overreaches itself as Rose becomes a girl of untamed passions. Engaged to Brandt, Rose leaves him for another man. Months later she is found in the slums, her mind blank and within a few hours of death. An operation restores her to normal condition, and she enters a convent, while Brandt marries Blanche.
