Synopsis
Blissful newlyweds Blair and Janet Howell disagree on only one thing: he loves children; she prefers her freedom. When Janet learns that her husband's wishes are to be fulfilled, she calls upon her friend Helen, who once suggested that she could help in such a situation. She makes an appointment with Helen's physician friend but has a change of heart and happily accepts her fate. (According to a synopsis in the copyright files, Janet has a dream in which she has an abortion; Blair divorces her, remarries, and has a brood of children; and she pursues a life of pleasure which leaves her an ugly, dissipated old woman. A Film Daily review, however, ascribes Janet's decision to her exposure to the butler's lovable baby.)
