Notes

This feature was assembled from the fifteen-part serial The Lost City, which was copyrighted by Warner Bros. on June 1, 1920 (LP17042-56), produced by Selig Polyscope Co., distributed by Warner Bros., and had its premiere in February 1920. The feature opened in Chicago on November 21, 1920. Wid's Year Book indicates that it opened in Washington, D.C. by August 1920 at the latest. A contemporary trade journal calls the film a five reel feature, although some sources list it as a seven-reel film. One publicity article states that the serial was shot on location in Africa, but it seems more likely that it was shot at the Selig Polyscope Studios in Los Angeles with animals from the Selig Zoo.
