Synopsis

Judy Evans, a stage star with an uncontrollable wink, catches the attention of Freddy, a millionaire who believes that the actress's eye twitches are genuine flirtations. After some lengthy pleadings, Freddy convinces Judy to marry him. While traveling in Europe on their honeymoon, Judy's indiscriminate although innocent winking causes Freddy to become intensely jealous, and the couple separates in Heidelberg. When her train to the Marienbad spa crashes, Judy receives a head blow that completely blurs her memory. At the spa, her luggage is mixed up with that of a woman of dubious character, and several complications arise from the ensuing confusion. Freddy arrives at the spa only to find that his bride refuses to acknowledge him and claims to be married to another man. Distressed by Freddy's persistence, Judy escapes in a car, which then crashes, causing another blow to her head. Her memory restored, Judy happily reconciles with Freddy.
