Synopsis

Mistaking Sam Harrington, who greatly fears horses, for a famous steeplechase rider, Peggy Fairfax enthusiastically prevails upon him to ride the highspirited Hottentot. Dumped, he covers up gamely, then narrowly excapes having to ride Peggy's horse in a steeplechase. She is so disappointed, however, that Sam buys Hottentot as a gift for Peggy, overcomes his fear, and rides the horse to victory.
