Synopsis

Jimmie Hastings, an impulsively romantic youth, falls madly in love with Marjorie Brand and, accompanied by his pal, Dick Warren, follows her and her father on a round-the-world trip. After many adventures he encounters her in East Africa, and she promises him the first dance at a hotel ball. A rip in his trousers forces him to take cover in a Scottish kilt, and complications follow from his efforts to live up to his disguise. Marjorie invites him to join a "cat" hunt her father has organized, and he happily accepts her invitation. Caught up in a jungle safari, Hastings plays hide-and-seek with hungry lions, ending with his capturing a cat that accidentally gets entangled in a net. Hastings thus proves his "heroism" and wins the girl.
