Synopsis
Blanche Ingram must marry quickly to inherit her aunt's fortune. She chooses an old man but is tricked into marrying young, handsome Tom Burton, who disguises himself as the invalid groom in hopes of sharing the fortune. Blanche takes the "old man" home, and there his true identity is eventually revealed. He becomes Blanche's permanent husband when she finds she has fallen in love.
