Synopsis

Joe Laird, a fine young man, becomes secretary to railroad executive Adam Breed, but his promotion is not appreciated by his rather insensitive wife, Gladys. Soon afterward, May Caroline, Joe's mother, comes to live with the Lairds, their daughter, Ella, and crippled son, Bobby; and she is able to effect a cure of Bobby through her great faith. Meanwhile, Mr. Breed's daughter, Vivian, is seriously injured while trying to rescue Ella from an accident, and Breed asks May Caroline's help. Vivian also is cured, she finds happiness with Joe when Gladys is killed in an automobile accident, and Breed proposes to May Caroline.
