Synopsis

A talented engineer hopes to bring water to the local fruit lands through construction of a large and complex dam whose parts are connected by radio control. There is, however, a determined opposition to the project, whose members include a banker, who owns the bond issue put up by the ranchers, and the banker's henchman, a foreman. They hope to stop the dam from being completed in order to purchase the land from the ranchers at a greatly reduced price. The engineer's young friend, who is the son of a man who was killed in an explosion early in the conflict, traps the banker, and at the very last moment, the engineer succeeds in preventing the project from being blown up by a bomb planted by the villains.
