Synopsis
Bootleggers secretly operate in the basement of the school where Mercy Brent teaches. Her sweetheart, John Hale, and his revenue agents succeed in breaking up the bootlegging activities and solving the murder of Jeb Russell with the aid of a strange phenomenon: a bolt of lightning causes the face of Matt Russell to be pictured on a schoolhouse window, thus proving Matt to be the murderer of his bootlegging partner--his father.
