Synopsis
Kate and Becky, Brooklyn manicurists, work up a song-and-dance act and through the influence of a friend are assigned to the French front to entertain the troops. Both girls fall in love with Jackson Clark, a society man, and he in turn falls for Kate. The Germans advance, and Becky is killed, dying contentedly in Jackson's arms. Kate loses her arm in a selfless and heroic action, and Jackson, still greatly in love with her, proposes that they spend the rest of their lives together.
