Synopsis

Drag Harlan is riding the plains in search of the man who shot his partner, when he chances upon a shooting in which Lane Morgan is the victim. Drag recognizes one of Morgan's assailants as the slayer of his own partner and kills him. Before Morgan dies, he entreats Drag to look after his daughter Barbara and entrusts him with a map illustrating the location of a gold mine. Drag rides to the town of Lamo where he finds that Barbara is being threatened by Luke Deveny and his gang of bandits. The Morgan ranch foreman, John Haydon, is also in league with the bandits. Drag rescues Barbara and takes her back to the ranch where Haydon and Deveny are killed in a showdown with Drag. Once the villains are eliminated, Drag assumes the position of ranch foreman and marries Barbara, and then the couple discovers the gold mine.
