Synopsis
Happy Hanes, foreman of the Double O Ranch (which is near the Mexican border), and his pal, Jim, incur the enmity of the ranch manager and Cholo Pete, who are in league with cattle rustlers. He insults the new ranch owner, Frances Powell, by offering to "sell" Pete for a kiss from her (saying he won Pete in a game), and she dismisses him. Mat Haley, the manager, angered by Frances' refusal to marry him, has Pete kidnap her, but Happy rescues her. Mexican bandits capture Happy and hold him for ransom, but Frances rescues him and the two are happily married.
