Synopsis
Just before a robbery, Sgt. Tim Maloney, one of New York's Finest, is knocked cold by the Dalton gang, and a bottle of whisky is poured over him. Still dizzy, Tim regains consciousness and goes out to the street; suspected of being drunk while on duty, he is demoted to private. Tim's daughter, Mary Ellen, is to be married to patrolman Danny Sheehan at the station house, but Tim is too ashamed to attend. Tim brings in the Dalton gang on his own, however, and is made a lieutenant in time to give the bride away.
