Synopsis
Military school cadets Perry O'Toole and Bob Dixon agree to exchange names so that Perry, the younger and braver of the two, may enlist in the war effort. Bob's sister, Helen, believes Perry to be a coward, and returns his engagement ring. The soldier performs many feats of valor, which are attributed to the other boy, but the girl finally learns the truth while serving as a Red Cross nurse. Later her brother overcomes his cowardice and shields his friend from a bullet fired by a man deranged by the loss of his sons in the war.
