Synopsis
Oliver Brooks, the editor of a newspaper, and Captain Clancy of the metropolitan police set about cleaning up the bootleggers and racketeers who have made the streets of their city unsafe. Foley's gang guns down Clancy, and Brooks and Clancy's sister, Susan, go after Foley. Foley kidnaps Susan, and Brooks rescues her, bringing Foley to justice.
