Synopsis
A wagon train of Montana settlers is attacked by Indians, and all but young Dave Garson are slaughtered. Years pass, and Dave grows to manhood hating the Indians and shouting for the cavalry. Prowling Wolf, a renegade Indian, kidnaps the major's daughter, and Dave, riding the much-feared Devil Horse, rescues her. The following day, the Indians attack the fort and destroy the ammunition stores. Dave rides for help and, reaching a wagon train, sends shells and powder back to the fort.
