Synopsis
Jimmy Grant and Alfred Crandall, two college freshmen, meet Patsy Howard and Pep Summers, co-eds, on the train, along with Richard Crosby, captain of the football team and his "minstrel," Percival Spivins. Crosby arouses the animosity of the two pals by preventing them from accompanying the girls, leading to a fight between Jimmy and Crosby in which Jimmy is victorious. Although Jimmy is selected for the school team, Alfred is left out and quarrels with Jimmy, then embarks on a wild spree. At a fraternity dance before the game, one of the boys dresses like a girl and flirts with Crosby. In the chase that follows, the "girl" hides in Alfred's room, causing him to be expelled. At the game, Jimmy acts as cheerleader for the team, but at the climax of the game both boys are sent out on the field to win the day.
