Synopsis
In an attempt to force the people of Bitter Creek to pay an unreasonably high price for water, Follansbee cuts off the town's supply. Red Hepner and his pal, Hank, then ride to Buffalo Springs and start back with a 20-horse water carrier. Follansbee's men attack them, and Red drives them off. Follansbee becomes lost in the desert, and Red finds him dying of thirst. Red offers him water in return for signing a contract agreeing to a fair price for water. Follansbee signs, and all is again well in Bitter Creek.
