Synopsis
Rogers and Anders are confidence men who are flush with the success of their recent con in which they tricked some Hong Kong gangsters with a shipment of imitation hashish. Using the money they've made from this, the two expand their stock portfolio, which is already doing well because they receive insider information from Wolfgang Von Boren, whom they supply with women. When they learn that the gangster they cheated have sent an assassin for them, Rogers and Anders engage a metermaid named Felicity Fox who is adroit at kung-fu fighting to protect them. What Felicity does not know is that Rogers and Anders are also using her as bait to blackmail Von Boren.
