Synopsis
Arnold Maitland falls in love with cabaret dancer Flora Farnsworth after discovering that his wife Cynthia is having an affair with Boresky, another dancer at the club. Arnold plans to divorce his wife and marry Flora but he is killed in an accident. Flora later becomes engaged to Arnold's partner, Philip Standish, which infuriates Cynthia, who has tired of Boresky and become infatuated with Philip. Cynthia incites Boresky to stab Flora during a performance, but Philip realizes the dancer's intentions and intervenes. Beaten, Boresky stabs himself, and Philip and Flora marry.
