Synopsis

To pull his next job, the crook Kittredge St. John decides to hire a double who will be seen in public during the heist. The plan works so well that even Kittredge's partner and sweetheart, Roxane Bellairs, whom he did not tell about the double, falls for it. Seeing the double with Dorothy Paget, Roxane becomes jealous and decides to turn Kittredge into the police for a series of crimes he has committed. At his trial the real Kittredge manages to pin all the blame on his double and then escapes with Roxane and explains everything to her, while the double finally succeeds in clearing himself of all blame.
