Synopsis
Sylvia Palprini is a waitress at The Black Beetle, a restaurant considered to be the leading bohemian resort of Greenwich Village. Among the extremely varied customers is an artist whom she fancies. A jealous suitor, Movros Tarkides, threatens Sylvia, and when he is killed she is accused of the murder. The police find her hiding in the artist's studio, but the confession of the real murderer proves her innocent and she wins the artist's love.
