Synopsis

Gambler Cameo Kirby enters a card game between Colonel John Randall and a crooked gambler named Colonel Moreau. Kirby wins, although Randall loses his property to Moreau. Kirby, intending to return it to Randall, secures the deed, but not before Randall, in desperation, kills himself. Moreau blames Kirby for the death and shoots him. Then Kirby kills Moreau in a duel. Kirby takes refuge in the Randall country home when the heirs of Colonel Randall seek him out for allegedly shooting Moreau in cold blood. Kirby justifies himself with the Randall brothers and marries their sister, Adele.
