Synopsis
When Norton Mitchell, a young engineer, is attacked by thieves, Violet Kenney and her father, Burt, come to his aid. Norton is then separated from the Kenneys, who go to Alaska, where Violet is forced to sing in a dancehall when her father falls ill. Norton goes to Alaska also and becomes the partner of a miner whom he befriends. Violet consents to submit to the advances of the lecherous Petrov, when that villain offers to rush her father to Dawson for a vital operation. Norton's partner is killed, and Norton is unjustly jailed for the crime. Norton escapes, however, and rescues Violet from Petrov, bringing him and his gang to justice with the aid of the sheriff's men and a dog.
