Synopsis
Jockey Billy Garrison is framed by Crimmins and, consequently, is suspended for throwing a race. He gets into a saloon fight, loses his memory, and is taken to the home of Sue Desha. Sue gets Billy a job as jockey for her father, Colonel Desha, and helps him retain his position when Crimmins reveals Billy's background to the colonel. Billy prevents Crimmins from shooting Desha, recovers Desha's horse from kidnapers, and rides to victory in the Kentucky Derby.
