Synopsis
Having been convicted of stealing the factory payroll, bank clerk James Hamilton is railroaded to prison. The guilty persons are Brooks, a deputy warden at the prison where Hamilton is to serve his term, and Worthington, the bank's assistant cashier. The star of the film is Klondike, "a doughty police dog" who remains useful and loyal to Hamilton throughout. Both Hamilton and Klondike figure in a thrilling chase, and Klondike extracts the confession from Brooks that exonerates Hamilton.
