Synopsis
John Strangeway, a young cattleman, falls in love, against his will, with screen star Louise Maurel. When his brother urges him to demand an explanation of her relations with a rich idler, Eugène de Seyre, he is disillusioned by her confession and leaves the city. After accepting Seyre's proposal of marriage, Louise seeks out John to ask his forgiveness.
