Synopsis
A sailor recently discharged from the Navy has only his dog and $2 for company. He acquires a suit of English cut and a turned-down hat and is mistaken by a wealthy old man for the Prince of Wales. The old man invites the sailor to his home and introduces him to his daughter. The girl, who had been recently infatuated with a phony duke, spots the sailor for a ringer and denounces him. The sailor, to make amends, then captures the phony duke, who is a crook, and marries the girl.
