Synopsis
Young Buddy West inherits a ranch from his uncle, but a clause in the will stipulates that the property shall go to the foreman, Pete Hall, if Buddy should be found incompetent. The foreman has him captured and put in an asylum, but he escapes and returns to outwit his enemies, rescue his uncle's daughter from the foreman, and gain clear title to the ranch.
