Synopsis
Tom celebrates his last night of bachelorhood with a little too much enthusiasm and arrives at his own wedding late and disheveled. His fiancée refuses to marry him, and Tom is disowned by his family. In the company of his Negro valet, Sambo, he drives west in a touring trailer. En route, he meets his former fiancée and her parents, who are stranded in the desert. Tom rescues them from wild animals that have escaped from a circus during a storm; and he elopes with the girl to Los Angeles. He meets up with her parents later and agrees to drive a car owned by the girl's father in an important automobile race. Tom wins the race and receives the blessings of his new in-laws.
